Do Solyaré t-shirts fit true to size?

Our t-shirts have a naturally oversized cut to offer a modern, comfortable, and casual style.

  • Choose your usual size for a balanced oversized look.

  • Choose one size up for a more pronounced oversized effect.

  • Choose one size down for a more fitted cut.

How do I choose my size?

We recommend consulting our Size Guide and comparing the dimensions indicated with one of your favorite t-shirts.

This method is the most reliable for finding the fit that suits you.

Are the t-shirts suitable for women and men?

Yes. Our t-shirts are designed to be worn by both women and men.

What is the composition of the t-shirts?

Our t-shirts are made of:

  • 100% cotton

  • Fabric weight of 206.8 g/m²

The fabric offers an excellent balance between comfort, quality, and durability.

Are the prints resistant to washing?

Yes, provided you follow the care instructions:

  • Machine wash cold (maximum 30°C)

  • Do not use bleach

  • Tumble dry low

  • Iron gently if necessary

  • Do not dry clean

Are the colors true to the photos on the website?

Yes. Our photos accurately reflect the actual colors of the products.

However, each t-shirt is dyed and softened during manufacturing, which may result in slight natural color variations from one piece to another.

Are the t-shirts thick or lightweight?

Our t-shirts are breathable while maintaining a good drape.

They are structured enough to offer a quality silhouette without being too heavy or too hot to wear.

Do the t-shirts shrink after washing?

No. When cared for according to recommendations, the t-shirts retain their size.

Like any dyed garment, they may, however, slightly lose color intensity over time.

Shipping

Which countries do you ship to?

For now, we only ship to France.

What is the delivery time?

The average delivery time is 8 to 10 working days.

This period includes the preparation, printing, and shipping of your order.

Is delivery free?

Yes. Delivery is free from the first item.

Can I track my order?

Yes. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

You can then track the delivery of your package directly from our website.

What if my package is lost or significantly delayed?

We will review your case and support you until it is resolved.

Orders

Can I modify my order after confirmation?

A confirmed order cannot be modified.

However, you can request its cancellation. The refund will be processed within days following the cancellation confirmation.

I entered a wrong delivery address, what should I do?

Contact our customer service as soon as possible so we can check if a modification is still possible.

Can I order multiple items at once?

Yes, of course. You can add as many items as you wish to your cart before finalizing your order.

Returns and Refunds

Can I return an item?

Yes. If your item is not suitable, contact our customer service specifying the reason for the return.

We will send you a return slip and instructions to follow.

The item must be returned in its original packaging.

A check will be carried out upon receipt before validating the refund.

What is the deadline for making a return?

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order.

Are return costs my responsibility?

Yes. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I exchange a size?

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To get another size, simply return the item concerned and then place a new order once the refund has been processed.

What if my item is damaged or has a defect?

Contact our customer service upon receipt of your order.

A verification will be carried out to assess the situation.

Depending on the case, we may offer:

  • a partial refund;

  • a full refund;

  • sending a new item;

  • a commercial discount.

The chosen solution will depend on the condition of the product and will be defined with you.

The Solyaré Brand

Where are the designs created?

All Solyaré designs are created in Lyon by the brand's founder.

The t-shirts are manufactured in Honduras and then printed by our partner located in Latvia, within the European Union.
